Shipping
All orders are shipped once a week, typically Friday, unless in instances of holiday or unforseen circumstances. Please note that each order requires processing & packaging, and heavy volume can delay order fulfillment. Thank you for your patience and support.

 

Carrier & Import Fees
Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser

 

Exchanges
If your product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange for another of the same item within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Returns
New, unopened product may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer a return. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Return & Exchange Process
Firstly, my apologies that your item was not to your liking. If you are within the 14 day return period, please send an email request to support@mrskristinepalmer.com stating;

-Name on Order

-Order/Invoice Number

-Reason for Return

-Whether you would like an Exchange or Refund

-Any supporting images to document the issue

 

Refund
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its receipt and whether your return was approved or rejected.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, crediting the purchase amount of the item to your original payment method, less shipping fees.

 

Sale Items
Only regular priced merchandise is eligible for return or exchange.

 

Custom Items
Due to the nature of custom commissions being a one of a kind item created for the commissioner, they are not  eligible for return, exchange or refund.
