Pick Your Poison is a series of watercolor illustrations of hands holding poisonous flowers. Many of these flowers grow unassumingly in our yards, meadows & parks, but it’s important to recognize the power they hold. Some have been historically used in magic as well as medicine, even with extensive lore going back thousands of years.
I thoroughly enjoyed a deeper understanding of these flowers as I studied them and painted them. Prints from this series are available in my shop, as well as some remaining originals.
